Here at Optimizing Your Well-being, nutrition coaching may look quite a bit different than what you are used to or imagine when you think of working with a nutrition coach. Instead of obsessing about counting calories, tracking macronutrients, and eating dreaded "diet food," Katie focuses on finding the foods that work best for you as an individual. Katie believes that there is power in eating whole, nutrient-rich foods while minimizing the consumption of foods and drinks that do not leave you feeling your best.

Whether it is a particular health issue you are trying to resolve or a health goal you are trying to achieve, Katie is here to help you make informed nutritional decisions to optimize your overall well-being.

6-Month Nutrition Package

This package includes:

  • One 90-minute assessment where we will discuss your health goals, review past successes and obstacles, go over your completed food journal, and discuss other lifestyle factors that may have an impact on your goals.

  • First 4 months- 3 x 60-minute sessions each month, last 2 months- 3 x 30-minute sessions each month (18 sessions total). These sessions will allows us to discuss nutrition and lifestyle behaviors, education on various topics, developing and enhancing a productive mindset, optimizing motivation, building confidence, and stress management techniques, as needed.

Sessions can be conducted in-person (if local) or by video call. To see if this is the right fit for you,

3-Month Nutrition Package

This package includes:

Maintenance Sessions

These sessions can be purchased as needed. Each session will be approximately 30-minutes.

A la Carte Items

These items can be added to any package

  • Grocery Shopping trip- Up to 2 hours at local grocery store to navigate the aisles and choose healthier options, a handout with quick tips to be efficient at the store, along with tips on how to read ingredient labels.

  • Home Set-up- Up to 2 hours to help client set up their home for success, home visit if local/via Zoom if on-line, tips on foods to remove from the home to ensure success and how to organize your home, how to handle other family members’ food and how to have them in the home without being a temptation.
