Feed Your Pregnant Body!™ Program

Nutrition and Lifestyle Program for Pregnant Moms

This 6-module program is tailored for moms to help nourish your pregnant body during this important stage in you and your baby’s life. This program can be taken after the completion of the Feed Your Fertile Body!™ program, or can be taken on its own.

As you navigate doctor appointments, baby names, and must-have items for your registry, figuring out what to eat (and not eat) while you’re pregnant shouldn’t be another item on your to-do list. The Feed Your Pregnant Body!™ program takes the guess work out of what to eat by focusing on nutrient-dense foods that support healthy development for your baby, while also helping you feel at your best during pregnancy.

This 6-module program includes:

  1. Nutrition basics; navigating morning sickness and cravings

  2. Managing fatigue during pregnancy

  3. Protecting you and your baby from toxic exposures

  4. Taking pregnancy nutrition to the next level

  5. Optimizing digestion and gut health during pregnancy

  6. Preparing for birth and postpartum recovery

A workbook will be provided for each participant, which includes recipes, shopping guides, tips to plan meals, additional resources, and more.
